1. Definitions

Eligible Customer means an individual or business customer who:

(a) applies for and is approved for an Eligible Ford Finance Contract within the Offer Period; and

(b) purchases an Eligible Vehicle as a Private or Small Business (Blue Fleet) customer within the Offer Period; and

(c) settles an Eligible Ford Finance Contract within the Offer Period.

Eligible Ford Finance Contract means a finance contract that meets all of the following:

(a) is a Ford Finance consumer or commercial finance contract with Guaranteed Future Value (GFV);and

(b) with a contract term of either 36, 48 or 60 months; and

(c) is being entered into by an Eligible Customer to finance the purchase of an Eligible Vehicle within the Offer period.

Eligible Vehicle means a ‘new’ (max odometer of 1,000kms at commencement of the loan):

• Ford Mustang EcoBoost (All Model Years); or
• Ford Mustang GT(All Model Years)

Ford means Ford Motor Company of Australia Pty Ltd ACN 004 116 223 with registered office at Level 1, 600 Victoria Street, Richmond 3121.

Ford Finance means finance issued by Angle Auto Finance Pty Ltd trading as Ford Finance ABN 16 161 130 696, Australian Credit Licence 530731. Ford, the Ford Oval Device and Ford Finance are trademarks of Ford Motor Company and are used by Angle Auto Finance Pty Ltd pursuant to a licence.

General Service has the meaning given to it in clause 4(a).

Guaranteed Future Value (GFV) is the minimum future value of your vehicle at the end of the loan term subject to fair wear and tear conditions and agreed kilometres being met and is determined by Ford Finance before the start of your loan. It is not a representation by Ford Finance as to the likely market value of your vehicle at the end of your finance contract. Provided you comply with the GFV terms and conditions, the GFV amount you receive at the end of the loan term will satisfy the balloon amount on your finance contract, even if the value of the vehicle is less than the balloon amount. Adjustments to the GFV amount may apply. If you wish to trade in or keep your vehicle, you must pay out the outstanding amount owing on your finance contract. Please consider whether a GFV product is appropriate for your circumstances and seek independent taxation advice.

Offer has the meaning given to it in clause 2(a).

Offer Period means the period during which the Offer is available, being where a finance application for an Eligible Ford Finance Contract is submitted and approved between 1 January 2026 and 31 March 2026 (inclusive), and the Eligible Ford Finance Contract is settled by 2 April 2026.

Owner means the person or entity that owns the Eligible Vehicle.

Pre-Paid Service Plan has the meaning given to it in clause 4(a).

Service Portfolio means the service portfolio provided with each Eligible Vehicle.

Terms means these terms and conditions.

2. Offer

(a) Eligible customers who purchase and finance an Eligible Vehicle, under an Eligible Ford Finance Contract, during the Offer Period will receive a Ford Pre-Paid Service Plan covering 5 General Services at no additional cost (Offer).

(b) The Offer is available at participating Ford dealers only. While stocks last.

3. Eligible Customer

(a) The Offer is only available to applicants that are approved and settled for an Eligible Ford Finance Contract during the Offer Period.

(b) The Offer is available to private and small business (Blue Fleet) customers only. Offer excludes all government, fleet and rental buyers.

4. Pre-Paid Service Plan

(a) The Offer provides a complimentary Ford Pre-Paid Service Plan (Pre-Paid Service Plan) covering the first 5 ‘General Services’ as set out in the Service Portfolio supplied with the Eligible Vehicle (General Services) (Click here to see the Service Portfolio) (Pre-Paid Service Plan).

(b) The Pre-Paid Service Plan will commence on the Eligible Vehicle’s Ford warranty commencement date and cease at:

(i) completion of the fifth General Service; or(ii) 66 months or 82,500km on the odometer, whichever occurs first.

(c) Each General Service includes the service items listed in the “GENERAL SERVICE” and “OTHER MAINTENANCE ITEMS” sections of the Service Portfolio as required at the time or distance intervals prescribed by the Service Portfolio.

(d) The General Services exclude any other service item, part, repair, consumable, labour or any other work or improvement on the Eligible Vehicle whatsoever that is not listed in clause 4(c), as well as the service items listed in the “SEVERE OR EXTREME CONDITION SERVICE” section of the Service Portfolio.

(e) To receive each complimentary General Service at no charge, the Eligible Vehicle must be presented for service within the service intervals prescribed by the service portfolio (including any applicable tolerance permitted in clause 4(f)).

(f) If a General Service is not performed within 6 months or 7,500km after the servicing interval prescribed by the Service Portfolio, that service will not be covered under the Pre-Paid Service Plan and will be at the customer’s cost.

(g) The General Services must be carried out by an authorised Ford Dealer.

(h) If the customer returns the Eligible Vehicle at the end of the GFV contract term and there are any unused services remaining under the Pre-Paid Service Plan, those unused services remain with the Eligible Vehicle and may be used by a subsequent owner of the Eligible Vehicle (subject to these Terms).

(i) The Pre-Paid Service Plan is not transferable to another vehicle and remains with the Eligible Vehicle regardless of ownership of that vehicle.

(j) In the event that the Eligible Vehicle is declared a “total loss” by the Owner’s insurance company (or another appropriate entity as reasonably determined by Ford) no refund will be provided for any unused portion of the Pre-Paid Service Plan.

5. General

(a) The Offer is not redeemable for cash.

(b) A Pre-Paid Service Plan cannot be refunded in whole or in part or exchanged for any other products or discounts from Ford.

(c) This Offer and any other offer or discount provided by Ford Australia cannot be used in conjunction with one another.

(d) To the extent permitted by law, Ford may vary, suspend, extend or withdraw the Offer if circumstances outside Ford’s reasonable control prevent or significantly hinder its ability to run the Offer as planned, or to address errors, omissions or misuse.
